Unless you specify otherwise, we ship our wines using Federal Express Ground Service. Our goal is to ensure that your wine travels and arrives safely, free from any damage caused by handling or temperature. Due to extreme heat and its effect on wine during the summer months, we recommend that any wine purchased after June 15th be held until September for shipping, as any damage incurred would be the responsibility of the purchaser. Should you decide to have wine shipped during this time, we recommend next day air, but next day air still does not guarantee a wine’s safe delivery in extreme heat.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age, and will sign for receipt upon delivery. Restrictions may apply due to state shipping regulations.
If you receive a damaged shipment contact us at: 509.525.1590, please save your damaged bottles as we may request for you to ship them back for quality control purposes.
